From component provider to system supplier

The supply of components for hydraulic systems has always been an integral part of Stauff’s business activities. Their portfolio incorporates not only structural elements for applications in fastening, measuring and filtration technology, but also components for tank and aggregate construction as well as valves. The company is additionally renowned for its long-standing advanced expertise in the production of special customised parts which are developed in close cooperation with the customer.

At the InnoTrans, Stauff will be presenting pre-assembled and fabricated modules as a system supplier. Based on a wide range of components, a set of structural elements arranged and/or assembled ready for manufacturing is developed which is perfectly aligned to the customer’s production process. Bent tubes with pre-assembled screw fastenings, made-to-measure hoses and pre-assembled mounting clips, for instance, can be supplied as a kit direct to the customer’s production line – on schedule and already quality-inspected. Even the procurement of external purchased parts can be carried out on behalf of the customer. As a result, the customer’s purchasing effort is much lower and his assembly times, stocks and expenses are significantly reduced.
