High-pressure filters for manifold mounting

Stauff is following the trend in the hydraulics industry for compact, complete solutions with 3 new variants of high-pressure filter housings for operating pressures up to 315 bar.

In contrast to the proven SF series, which were optimized for direct pipeline installation, the fastening holes and fluid connections of the SF-SM (see figure) are placed on the side, which enables direct installation to the hydraulic manifold without superfluous piping. The SF-TM implementation offers a similar capability, but with holes and connections placed on the top. On the other hand, pressure filters in the SFZ series are suitable for “sandwich” installation between two hydraulic control panels.

But one common feature remains: All of the filter casings mentioned are compatible with the existing accessories in the SF series (valves, contamination indicators, etc.) and use SE series replacement filter elements.
