STAUFF Replacement Filter Elements

From hydraulic and lubricant oils to ballast water

STAUFF is one of the leading manufacturers of fluid technology components, delivering all the replacement filter elements and inserts required aboard a ship for industrial fluids, such as hydraulic and lubrication oils, heavy fuels, water, chemicals, coolants and various other liquid media, each product being equal in form and fit to the corresponding original products while maintaining or even surpassing their performance – all from a single source.

Filter elements made by STAUFF ensure proper operation of hydraulically powered steering gear and loading systems as well as stabilisers and hatches; are used in the central lubrication system of engines; and, in their application as ballast water filters, remove animal and plant-based organisms and sediment from the seawater which is to be collected. Today, the company’s product range already includes more than 10,000 different kinds of filter types, all of which are manufactured in-house.

Flexible manufacturing and installation lines at STAUFF’s headquarters in Werdohl, located in Germany’s Sauerland region, as well as significant levels of stock carried in the fully automated logistics centre all guarantee that reaction and delivery times are kept short. Additional benefits include STAUFF’s broad technical expertise resulting from decades of experience in the areas of development, ongoing optimisation and manufacture of high-performance filtration solutions, which is available to customers and users when they select the appropriate filter element.
